The Southern Hudson Valley Youth Symphony will host its first annual Performance Festival at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 23, at the Earl Reservoir in the Town of Woodbury. Admission is free and open to the public. Selected students will be presented as soloists; the program will include works by J.S. Bach and Francois Aubert.
