  • Warwick Community Ambulance Service, Inc., provides emergency medical services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

WARWICK — The volunteers of the Warwick Community Ambulance Service, Inc., answered 75 calls during April, including five motor vehicle accidents and two incidents domestic assaults.

The 75 service calls and one standby required 71 hours and 678 miles of travel.

Since the beginning of the year, Warwick Community Ambulance has responded to 348 calls and two standbys, requiring 362 hours and 3,375 miles of travel.

General illness: 17
Pain/injury: 10

Falls: 8
Difficulty breathing: 7

Motor vehicle accidents: 5
Seizures: 5

Difficulty breathing: 7
Altered mental status: 5

Cardiac: 4
Domestic/assault: 2
Other: 10
